How to Request a Return

Email service@bqjkaa.com with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your request. Please wait for our instructions before shipping an item back. We will provide the correct return address if your return is accepted.

Item Condition

For standard return requests, products should be unused and in their original condition, with their packaging and included accessories where applicable. Used or hygiene-sensitive pet products may not qualify for a standard return. This does not affect rights you may have under applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the available solution.

Refunds and Return Shipping

After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear. Our team will explain any applicable return shipping charges when handling your request.
