Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order verification. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates

For most supported destinations, transit after dispatch is estimated at 5–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may take longer because of destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other transport conditions.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you complete payment. If a free-shipping offer or threshold applies to your order, it will be shown at checkout.

Fulfillment and tracking

bqjkaa™ may use logistics and fulfillment partners to prepare and ship orders. The dispatch location shown in tracking may differ from our company contact address. Where tracking is available, shipment details will be provided after dispatch. The first carrier scan may take additional time to appear.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at service@bqjkaa.com. Once fulfillment has started, an address change may no longer be possible.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and send photographs of the parcel, shipping label, and affected product. Confirmed product issues will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
